The goal of the Northern New England Down Syndrome Congress (NNEDSC) is to help all people with Down syndrome live to their fullest potential and enhance their quality of life while bringing about awareness of Down syndrome to our friends and neighbors. The NNEDSC supports parents and families and acts as a constant resource for information. The NNEDSC strives to promote inclusivity in all settings, and all of our activities shall be devoted to the achievement of positive attitudes regarding Down syndrome in the northern New England area. This organization shall operate according to a comprehensive plan and will utilize a Board of Directors and committees to implement its principal objectives. It shall be a proactive and responsive leadership body accessible to all persons.
