Special Education Rules: There is a public hearing on Wednesday, January 9 at 11:30 a.m. at the Department of Education - State Board Room. The hearing will be on

“Ed 1101.01” These rules are to insure that all children with disabilities are provided with a free, appropriate, public education pursuant federal law.
